I have a swollen lymph node on my upper neck near my hairline, quite firm, immovable not that big. i haven't been feeling unwell generally and haven't had any infection recently so am not sure why this has come up. I also keep getting a really itchy back which i tried to stop by changing washing power but nothing seems to stop it.

You seem to be suffering from enlargement of cervical lymph nodes which usually occurs secondary to infections in the facial region, scalp and throat. Usually if it's painless and not growing in size no treatment is necessary
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
