Swollen lump above left collar bone

I had lump like pea sized something above my left collar bone and it is highly movable and can be felt on in some positions .could any one help me regarding what is the problem.i had done abodominal scan 8 months back and everything fine

Looks like a sebaceous cyst. Operate if it causes discomfort. Lipoma?
