It may be start of an infection called stye. Give warm compresses three times a day with warm handkerchief for one minute each time for 5-7 days. You may need antibiotic ointment as well if it increases.
Next Steps
If it keeps on increasing in next 2 days- visit an ophthalmologist

Looks like a stye or hordeolum of upper eyelid. In this lockdown time, best would be to start with applying hot fomentation maybe 3 times a day for 1 week. (You could use a cloth soaked in warm water to do this for 5 minutes at a time) Also use antibiotic ointment maybe CIPLOX after applying the heat. If pain is more, use Paracetamol 500mg tablets 2 times in a day for 3 days.
Next Steps
Do hot fomentation and antibiotic ointment for 1 week
Health Tips
If there is no improvement within 1 day, ask again
