Swollen left throat, pain, vomitting

Vomitting since 1 month, since few days swollen left throat outside can be seen.. indigestion also.. pain in the throat.. suffering from 1 month please tell me what is the cause of all these symptoms..? Got CBC and urine test and also whole abdomen scanning.. hemoglobin is 7.6, and slightly urinary infection took medicine course too.. please solve my issue..

Ua hb is very low, u may need transfusion or iron infusions. For the throat issue get a fibre optic laryngoscopy and upper gi endoscopy done and share the reports
