I've woken up with swollen red and painful labia minora, It has not reduced all day despite using baby cream on the affected area and a cold compress, How can I reduce the swelling? I'm positive it is not an STD

U could be suffering either from some infection ir bartholin cyst.. U need to get urself examined and then only further management cn be advised
