I have been facing this problem from past 3 months suddenly when i woke in the morning i noticed some pain near my foreskin it has become hard and it was paining when i tried to pull back sometime there's some whitish thing but when i clean up it becomes normal colour but still i am not able to pull back my foreskin

Hi Consult urologist ... It could be due to local inflammation or infection.... You will require a course of antibiotics along with anti inflammatory drugs ....
