I have a swollen eyelid since two days. Just got up in the morning and found my left eyelid swollen. The eyelid is a bit red as well. Slight pain. No problems inside the eye.

Better share photos but it seems be case of initial stage of Stye leading to swelling & pain . Styes are infection of Moll & zeis gland present in every body eye lids ,basically infected by staphylococci.styes are very painful swelling near the root of eye lashes, you need oral antibiotics&anti inflammatory tablet as well as antibiotic ointment to apply locally.Hot fomentation helps to some extent in styes.
