My right eye lid is swollen mostly on the top and less in the bottom. It has turned red on the inside and I can see some swelling on the inside. Eye watering is there. Can I get some suggestions on what drops to use as medicine.

Appears to be infection.you require antibiotic eye drops and oral antibiotics. Pl do Hot phomentation. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
