Recently there is red big acne grown on my chest its red and hurting when i touch it.i never had like this in my life

You will need a course of oral antibiotics like Augmentin along with application of a local antibiotic cream like fudic. However it is better to get it personally examined before starting the treatment to know about how much duration of treatment would be needed and also you have to follow up to gauge the response. Hope this is helpful.
