Swollen below right ear

2022-07-01 06:17:05
When I woke up this morning, I realized that it is swollen just below the right ear, causing my cheeks to puff out. I'm not hurt. My mouth is hard to open and I have trouble chewing. However, gulping is not a problem. I have no fever, headache, dental problems, or throat problems. Can you please suggest to get some relief ? Can I gurgle (betadine) to get some quick relief? Can I apply a hot compress to the swollen area to ease pain?
