I have swollen eye bags since last 5 years. Can you please suggest what can be the reason for it. I have also got my eyes checked

Difficult to pin point the diagnosis from here, but few reasons could be there: Eye strain due to refractive error, Excessive near work esp, computers, Improper sleep, Eye allergy, Improper diet, Kidney disease, etc.
