Respected Sir/Ma'm,
We had vaccinated our daughter at 6 weeks .we took all three vaccination , hepatitis b , rotavirus , and anti bacteria (all painless) . Can we change the brands now , and can we also skip antibacteria vaccines ?

Ideally you should stick to brands you gave in first dose but you can choose different DPT vaccine than a painless vaccine if latter is not available but Rota vaccine should always be same unless same brand is not available. Right now availability is not an issue all brands are freely available. You should not skip any vaccines.
