Swelling under my right eye

My right eye has swelling at the bottom. There isnt any redness or itching yet. But it is quite painful. Kindly suggest what the issue is and treatment for the same

It seems to be a stye. Please put some antibiotics eye drops eg moxicip eye 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids and do hot foamentation 2to3 times daily
