My 12 month old got a bad swelling on eye due to mosquito bite. Given Atarax but she has vomited it out due to its bitter taste. What to do next to relieve the swelling

Swelling over eyes can occur in conjunctivitis as well.....might require tobramycin eye drop But better to get it checked physically or provide some picture
