How to reduce swelling of the neck? He is suffering from throat cancer. What should be done? Please reply as soon as possible

There are many causes for swelling in the neck. If he is already diagnosed with throat cancer then swelling may be a metastatic lymph node. Fine needle aspiration cytology will confirm the diagnosis. Treatment depends on identifying cause for swelling
