Swelling on right side above collarbone

Please help with this (right side swelling) Hi, attaching image of my mother, she has this right side swelling. We have consulted local doctor twice and he has said its normal. The swelling is soft, painless and squishy, and varies in size depending on position. She has been a thyroid patient for some years, and a diabetic. Her reports (thyroid and cbc) are also normal. Want your opinions. Adding image

You can get a USG of the lesion done. And if anything suspicious you can go ahed with a FNAC A full clinical examination is required. This region is commonly involved with a lymph node swellings. Get properly evaluated by a general surgeon
