Hello Dr. My mother has a swelling near upper arm due to vaccination. This was a reaction to vaccination which was given to her in her childhood. This swelling cause her lot of pain in the nearby area. If you could suggest any ointment to reduce her pain. I am enclosing few pictures for your better understanding.
