Hello Doctor, My daughter who is 4.8 yers old has been complaining of mild lip discomfort and has chapping. It feels like a slight swelling on lower lip alone. Her upper lip seems fine. It's not dry but it appears swollen. Please find attached picture. Do let me know if this is something I need to worry About. She's 19 kgs. Not on any medication. Please advise. Do let me know if I need to visit a doctor. We are in chennai and is cold here now and the weather is erratic.Thank you.

It doesn’t look like anything serious, just a reaction because of change in season Apply some liberal amount of Moisturiser like boroline or boroplus if it doesn’t improve then consult a pediatrician
