My penis head has been swelling from past couple of days. Penis tip has turned to red, sometimes I have itchy sensation on tip of my penis. There is also a white discharge on tip of penis. However there is no pain while urinating. Please help me with this problem. Do I need to consult urologist for these kind of problem.? Or is it ok to consult general physician.?
