My right eye Lid is swollen from last 2 days. I am having pain and itching in my eye. I am applying neusporin on it. Pls suggest further measure to cure it .

Hello This could be due to lid infection Try A.warm Compresses B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards

May be due to Stye . Styes are infection of Moll & zeis gland present in every body eye lids ,basically infected by staphylococci.styes are very painful swelling near the root of eye lashes, you need oral antibiotics&anti inflammatory tablet as well as antibiotic ointment to apply locally.Hot fomentation helps to some extent in styes.
