Swelling on cheek due to tooth cavity

Sir/Madam I was supposed to go for RCT but due to pandemic lockdown this could not be done.I have got swelling on cheek side to defective tooth yesterday giving pain also.please advise  medicine till RCT takes place

Now the things have complicated . Go to dental clinic asap. Maybe you require incision and drainage. Go for opg xray. Medicines alone will not help . It’s a emergency type of situation.
