For past 2 days there is swelling in my left eye lower lid and I also see a small swelling below the lid also.

Hello.. Well by the way you mention it might be a stye..Hordeolum..But then I need to see you for it..So plaese consult an ophthalmologist first and get examined...You just need antibiotics cream and inflammatory drugs..We also need to check for blood-sugar and refractive errors..Thank you.
