I have diebities.. I got an injury on right leg. But I got swelling on left leg..

Apart from Diabetes is there any other pre existing medical condition? I think in view of your medical history you must get yourself examined by nearest doctor for proper diagnosis of the swelling And also get sr.creatinine  sugar levels and CBC checked
