I have swelling near ear down it looks like a ghaat sometimes getting pain in the ear. please give me a needful advice

Hi The swelling near the ear is due to swellimg of parotid glad. It is due to infection of parotid glad and that pain is referred to the ear, that's why you have pain in the ear too. It can easily be resolved by taking a proper antibiotic treatment.
