Swelling lymph node

Please find the attached usg report of neck & picture of affected swelling of back of neck. A small swelling is painless , soft, mobile persist from November-19. No Symtomos of Fever & apparent weight loss. What is suspected by visual appearance & usg report ? My doctor referred for FANAC . Is it anything serious will come out in FANAC report. Is it swelling lymph node.

It’s a inflammatory lesion according to the report. So nothing to worry about. But FNAC can be helpful. U can do it later

Hi... It says inflammatory lesion... it is small for any diagnosis... most of the times it could be a small sebaceous cyst or lymphnode but i dont see any obvious visible growth.. may b bcoz pic isnt clear.. fnac is just to know what kind of swlling it is ... no harm in getting it done

Wash hair with good shampoo. Take multivitamin and wait for 15 days. It is clinically not significant.show to ENT surgeon after lockdown
