Mid sized swelling (lump) in right armpit . Uncut hair. Hair Cut after size grew. Little painful and difficulty in movement of arm freely. No pus but some  reddishness.

It is a infected boil.Now it is filled with pus.A minor surgery after 2 days will give u relief.After that take some good antibiotics.If required I can advise u proper medication.May consult on line.
