My son fell down in the evening and has hurt his lips. His lips started bleeding when he fell down and It is completely swollen up. What treatment is recommended for him to get better quickly. Should I consult a doctor. We have applied Mupicip ointment and have given him ibugesic syrup and augmentin so far.

Apply ice 3 times a day. Apply vaseline petroleum jelly on lips afterwards

If there's a wound inside mouth, apply Metrogyl DG gel 2 times

Better to consult if there is any laceration which needs suturing U can apply some cold sponges to reduce the swelling
