I am having this problem since last 2 days. There is feeling of itching and pain in left eye and severe swelling on top eyelid

Hello This could be due lid infection Try A. Hot fomentation B. Apply antibiotic ointment locally over lid margins This is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better
