Swelling in thumb

Having swelling in right hand middle of  thumb and index finger from last 1year. When i do work then my wrist get light swelling. Before some time when i get up after sleeping my hands get stiff n when i fold  my fingers then they pain ... Xray was normal .. Mri showed : localised fluid collection/ ganglion cyst/ synovial cyst deep to the flexor tendons of index finger * also subcutaneous oedema along the dorsal aspect of hand.. Likely inflammatory. Please suggest about these symptoms

Don’t worry, Ganglion is a benign thing. No medications will help you in this. Aspiration/Injection or Excision is the only treatment. That needs physical consultation.

Ganglion cyst requires injection. For the rest of the hand, recurrent swelling and stiffness can be an early sign of inflammatory arthritis.
