Swelling in Thighs and Severe Pain

My Mom is suffering from severe Swelling in Thighs, Legs and having Severe Pain also and due to that reason not able to sleep by lying down since 2 months. Her main problem is bedridden for the past 10+ years due to weakness in muscles and cannot walk at all. She has to be carried for toilet also. She does not have BP or Sugar.. Recent blood test reports are all good. If any concerned doctor visits our home and advise us some medication by seeing the patient in person that would be really helpful for us. Attached my mother's detailed history.
