Swelling in the abdomen below left ribs

I have been experiencing a swelling in my abdomen just below the left side of the rib.i have done my blood and stool test on medication for abdomen cramps. what might be the reason for the swelling should I seek medical attention. Because my ultrasound last month was clear.

If there is no pain and recent ultrasound was normal then I won't worry much. Will be able to suggest better if I knew what medication u r taking. Can consult online on practo between 8-9am.
