From 3 days my right testicle have become bigger than it was earlier not much bigger but theres a visible difference. I have slight discomfort around my sctorum but no pain. (Feeling of heavyness) Also I have less urine output compared to my water intake. No burning sensation while peeing, pee color is also normal. I'm 24, non diabetic, no other problems. What is this problem?
