Have swelling in right leg from toe to knee. Reddish tinge is there around the knee.bit of pain is also persisting around knee.

Cellulitis is a bacterial infection of the skin and tissues beneath the skin. cellulitis is a bacterial skin infection that also involves the skin's deeper layers: the dermis and subcutaneous tissue...it is most common in middle-aged and elderly people..and in diabetic patient.. Consult general surgeon.
