Get an X-ray to rule out fracture.
Next Steps
Keep the affected leg up over pillows while lying down and over a footstool while sitting. Apply Ice packs. Apply pain relief spray. Do not put weight on the affected leg. Repost or get a video consult with me after getting the x-ray done for discussion and prescription.
