U did not tell about any injury or what he does means does he play any game where shoulder is used forcefully. Try cold therapy(use ice raped in cloth ad apply gentally on the effected area don't stop it any where apply in circulars directions for 10 min) . Try it twice a day if no result then see orthopedic for further assistance
