My father is having swelling and pain in left knee after walking a lot on one day. It's not going away with pain relief spray, tablets and gel. What is the method to reduce swelling ?

If it's not getting subsided then it may be collection of fluid Which will need aspiration Otherwise do ice packs and apply crepe bandage
