Swelling in hand

Hi, I have this swelling in hand for last many years and it pains rarely.. but today it is paining a lot to open and close the wrist. What to do?

Hello. The photo and history point towards a dorsal ganglion cyst probably with a sudden increase in size which might require a sonography of that area, and based on that further management can be decided.

Its a dorsal ganglion cyst, benign condition, needs management only if its causing pressure symptoms
