Pain in foot and some swelling near knee area joint pain all times. As few year back it started and now sometimes eoo much swelling in knee area and foot.

Seems to be arthritis. Get x rays if possible Hot water fomentation Avoid squatting and sitting crossed legged Volini gel Paracetamol for pain Consult if no relief

Gets following tests done X-ray bilateral knees standing ap and lat Vit d Vit b12Uric acid Dexa scan hip and lumbar spine
Next Steps
start with tab roseup ace twice daily tab etosaid 60 mg twice daily tab razo d once in the morning empty stomach ointment dazzle cool cream local application over the affected area twice daily do this for 3 weeks
