Hlo , I am diabetic with 334 and my Hb1ac is 11.07 And ALT=41 , I have swelling in foot and ankle sometimes on face also . My weight= 49 , Age=43, Height=5"4', My body becomes thin day by day. Please suggest me excercise type with name and food diet chart what to eat , what to avoid.Also further what i have to do?? I am too much worried..

Hi... Sugars been very high... due to which you have lost weight... need to control blood sugars.. to the range of 120 to 200 range.... Kindly consult for medication adjustments...
