Swelling in foot

1.)I have swelling in foot from last 10 years. 2.)The swelling is permanent and there is no pain from the swelling and it is soft. 3.)my ra factor test is normal. 4.) I have not been diagnosed from high bp, diabetes or thyroid disorders till now. 5.) Tell me which kind of disease is this And how i can cure it.

U take Maharaasnaadi kaada 3 tsf twice a day on empty stomach. Kaanchanar guggulu one tab three times a day for 15 days initially . Raise ur foot end while sleeping.
