My wife is .carrying twins and completed approxomate 5 mnths, from last some days she is feeling swelling in my feet? Is it ok to have swelling un early pregnancy ? Plz suggest , does she have any problem.. She do not feel any problem with this...BP sugar is ok..

Generally it's due to weight .HB %, blood pressure ,sugar levels should be normal . Standing for long periods should be avoided
