I am taking medicines - primosa and evions from last 23 days, which I was supposed to take for 30 days. As my menses are started should I continue my 30 days course or I should continue after menses got over ???

You should continue taking primosa and EVion for at least 2 to 3 months and then you can expect the reduction in the pain caused by the hormonal changes in your breast tissue. There is no need to stop these two capsules while in your periods.
