Flair hyperintensities can be focal iedema or ischemia. But other MRI sequences can find if there is some other lesion or infarct in that area. Your age is young and hence ischemia is usually unlikely. There could be a small lesion like inflammatory which may cause this findings. Your clinical details and further MRI findings can lead to a conclusion
