Sir/ma'am My grandmother aged 72 is having swelling from legs upto stomach region. She is kidney transplant patient since 1999. Her latest creatinine level is 1.1 and urea 22. Sodium 133 But TSH is 14 and Haemoglobin 9.8 . Kindly guide what is the cause ? What other test to do?? Kindly guide

Could be due to thyroid or due to low protein, consul for further evaluation
