I have gone thru two c sections last. One is 28 mnths ago..my menses are normal i.e.on date but during n after menses my body bexones swellon and after bleeding i f3l pain n weaknes in mylegs for dour to dive days..what may be s reason n treatment for this.. My weigjt ia also increasung

Start doing exercise, eat healthy.. Increase the stamina.. Focus on protein diet, hydration necessary.. Once do hemogram, vit d3level and thyroid test
