Swelling beneath jaw

I have a swelling and pain just beneath right side of the jaw. It seems to be like a gland on both sides, but only the one on the right side is swelled. What could be the reason for the same

It could be submandibular sialoadenitis. Antibiotics. Anti-inflammatory. Vitamin c tab.
