On 30th March I had a sex with my girlfriend after that on 31st morning I started feeling like something is heavy in my penis after checking is swelling in today it's completely round shape. What I have to do please explain.

This is called paraphimosis.
Next Steps
Meet Urologist nearby. Sometimes can be reduced manually, if not needs surgical correction ( Dorsal slit). later you need to undergo circumcision.
