Not at all normal. Retract  the franuum n cleab it with soap n water daily. Tab signoflam three times a day after food for 3 to 5 days. YOU NEED A PHYSICAL  EXAMINATION BY A LOCAL DOCTOR  AS IN MS GENERAL SURGEON.
