Swelling around frenulum

I had zsr stapler circumcision 5 days ago . There was swelling around the frenulum region though there is no pain . The silicon ring is still in place . Also my glans region is sensitive to even slight touch . Is the swelling normal ? How to decrease sensitivity of glans
