Hi, Since last about a year, i am suffering with swelling and pain in my ankles, knees, wrists, fingers and elbows. Sometime back i got RA test done which was negative and also the uric acid test was below 7. But the pain in my fingers is so much thats sometimes i am not even able to pick any article also and there's so much pain in knees and foot that i can't climb ladders also. The pain subsidizes for few days with physiotherapy but again crops up in a few days.

You might be having post-viral arthralgia, esp if you had a serious viral fever or chikungunya or dengue a while ago. In fact it is also seen after typhoid It’s usually a self remitting condition. Drink lots of water, take vitamin d and take paracetamol SOS for pain
